Community Focused Investing

In 1998, Wayne Jordan founded Jordan Real Estate Investments in Oakland, California with a focus on building long-term real estate investments designed to enhance and improve communities. Since that time, Jordan has executed dozens of transactions.

Jordan REI has experience in all major asset classes, but focuses primarily on both multi-family residential and commercial properties in major markets. We target investments in well-located, high-traffic areas in order to develop long-lasting, meaningful assets in the communities where we invest.

As a real estate investment firm, Jordan also pursues long-term, trusted relationships with creative and capable operating partners, brokers, and service providers.  At times providing equity at the general partner level, Jordan possesses both the experience and ability to structure non-traditional joint-venture partnerships.
